When you need CRM software that works with G Suite, you need Copper.

We've been recommending Copper CRM more frequently here at Growth Division to our clients. The main reason is due to its ease of use, whilst still being a well equipped CRM for sales teams. It's also an affordable price, when compared with the likes of Hubspot.

It has some really well-built integrations with a variety of tools, including some email automation tools (if you're interested in building and running outbound email campaigns) such as and PersistIQ. Copper also has an open API, so it's a flexible option for you to choose to integrate with your product/app/website or any existing tools you use.

We've also found its pre-built data enrichment when creating contacts from Gmail is really good, it will quickly pick up on any data found in the signature and populate the contact.

Why other solutions might be better:

Whilst Copper offers a great low to mid-range priced CRM solution with some great features, if your business is looking for a CRM that will offer highly flexible and customisable workflow automation options other options like Infusionsoft or Hubspot might be more appropriate.

Furthermore if you're looking for a highly customisable CRM the lower pricing tiers of Copper restrict the number of custom fields you can create, which can be very frustrating. Other compatible CRMs like Freshsales offers more flexibility on lower pricing tiers.
