When properly setup, the system is incredibly intuitive to use and if you ever get stuck Hubspot are known as true leaders when it comes to customer success and support. They also provide the most comprehensive suite of training and education resources and a vibrant user and partner community.

Why other solutions might be better:

Businesses with truly large databases (20k and up) may find Hubspot too pricey. In some cases, specifically if on a very tight budget, it may be better to hack together equivalent tech stacks using multiple third-party tools integrated with Zapier. Whilst these can be complex to set up, and may require ongoing maintenance, you could end up paying less per month in ongoing subscription fees.

That said, whilst Hubspot is the "Rolls Royce" of all-in-one platforms - and as such commands a premium, in our opinion and for the right businesses, the return easily outweighs the additional investment.

Hubspot is best suited to businesses that want to fully embrace the concept of inbound marketing. If inbound marketing is less important to you - then other tools may be a better fit.
