HubSpot CRM is built for companies that want to spend less time logging data. It keeps all your contacts in one centralized, customizable database. It manages your pipeline so you can keep deals moving forward. And you can see everything about a lead in one place -- no more digging through inboxes to find information.
HubSpot is an 'all-in-one' inbound marketing and sales platform.
The core of the system is a free CRM and then layered on this are optional paid tools (aka "Hubs") for marketing, sales, customer service and website development. When combined these Hubs are truly powerful toolset providing all you need to attract visitors, convert leads, close and delight customers.
When implemented properly Hubspot enables your marketing, sales and customer success teams to manage all their activities in one place setting your business up for serious growth.
Growth Division Overview:
Powerful enough for the seasoned marketer yet easy enough for marketing newbies and with multiple tiers and pricing points, Hubspot has a solution for just about any business - which includes micro-businesses all the way up to Enterprise.
That said, at Growth Division we find Hubspot is best suited to B2B businesses with viable opportunity for growth and dedicated sales and marketing functions. The platform really comes into its own when using the sales and marketing Hub Pro tiers and up, which unleashes marketing and sales automation functionality on a truly impressive scale.
Who should use it:
Why you should use it:
With HubSpot's award-winning inbound marketing and sales platform, you will attract more visitors, generate more leads, and delight more customers: all in one platform.
HubSpot offers a full stack of products for marketing, sales, and customer relationship management: powerful alone, and even better when used together.
When properly setup, the system is incredibly intuitive to use and if you ever get stuck Hubspot are known as true leaders when it comes to customer success and support. They also provide the most comprehensive suite of training and education resources and a vibrant user and partner community.
Why other solutions might be better:
Businesses with truly large databases (20k and up) may find Hubspot too pricey. In some cases, specifically if on a very tight budget, it may be better to hack together equivalent tech stacks using multiple third-party tools integrated with Zapier. Whilst these can be complex to set up, and may require ongoing maintenance, you could end up paying less per month in ongoing subscription fees.
That said, whilst Hubspot is the "Rolls Royce" of all-in-one platforms - and as such commands a premium, in our opinion and for the right businesses, the return easily outweighs the additional investment.
Hubspot is best suited to businesses that want to fully embrace the concept of inbound marketing. If inbound marketing is less important to you - then other tools may be a better fit.
