This tool is great for B2B businesses who want to reach out to either cold prospects or to leads they've engaged before en masse. Rather than getting sales people to manually reach out, or to send these emails via your CRM, Reply has the advantage of segregating your unqualified "cold leads" meaning they don't bump up your contact limits in your CRM.

Reply comes into it's own in it A/B and multi-variant testing capabilities. It's super easy to split test messaging, subject lines, calls to action in Reply. Allowing you to test, iterate and learn on each and every campaign you run through it. Compare this to Hubspot or Woodpecker where you have to do a lot of manual work to duplicate campaigns and split up contacts to properly test your campaigns.

Reply also enables you to customise your outreach with custom fields, allowing you to personalise outreach at scale. Then you can easily set-up the sequence, and even include tasks to call in the sequence, building your sales team a lead generation machine.

Why other solutions might be better:

There are a few of these types of tools including Woodpecker, Close, PersitIQ, but from our experience Reply trumps them all. Most of them share the same features, but reply edges ahead due to usability and multi-variant testing capabilities.
